Our Verification Process
How we help protect buyers, sellers, and the future of land in Ghana.
🔍 How IntegriHomes Verification Works
All listings undergo a multi-step verification process including title checks, ownership vetting, and geolocation review — supported by our secure technology infrastructure.
Every property listed on IntegriHomes goes through a documentation check — including title certificates, site plans, indentures, or allocation letters.
- Manual review by land professionals
- Cross-checks with publicly available data (e.g. Lands Commission, Survey & Mapping)
- Flagging of missing or suspicious documents
We confirm that the land or property exists at the described location, and isn't overlapping public lands or waterways.
- Use of GIS/geospatial tools or site data
- Satellite & drone imagery (optional integration with verified sources)
We conduct checks to confirm that the listed seller is either the legal owner or an authorized agent.
- Cross-check with available registries
- Optional upload of ID and authorization letter
- Seller score or "trust indicator" rating for public listings
Every listing displays a "Verification Status" label so buyers know where it stands.
| Status Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
Verified | Title and ownership confirmed |
In Review | Still undergoing verification |
Flagged | Inconsistencies detected — not recommended |
